Questions people actually ask
How much does it cost me?
Nothing. The request is free and the callback is free. You pay the plumber directly for the work you agree on, the same as if you'd called them yourself.
Who calls me back?
One independent, licensed, insured plumbing company that works your town. Not a call center, not five companies fighting over your number. The pro usually calls from a mobile between jobs, so expect an unfamiliar number.
How long does the callback take?
During business hours, usually within the hour. Nights and weekends take longer depending on who's working. If water is actively damaging your house, say so in the message and mark it clearly. For a gas smell, leave the building and call Cascade Natural Gas at 888-522-1130 first.
Can I get a price before committing?
Yes. The callback is a conversation, not a contract. Describe the job, hear what they think it involves, get a number, then decide. Nobody obligates you to anything.
What if my town isn't listed?
Pick the nearest town in the dropdown and say where you actually are in the message. The list covers the towns we route to regularly, but pros who run the valley often cover the gaps between them, places like Cowiche, Tieton, or Mabton. If we can't match you, we'll say so instead of wasting your time.
Is this a real plumbing company?
No, and we don't pretend to be one. We're the connection. The plumber who calls you is the business that would do the work, licensed and insured in Washington. You can verify any Washington contractor's registration at lni.wa.gov before you hire them.
