Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what you give us so a local plumber can call you about your job, we share it with that plumber for that purpose, and we don't sell it to anyone. The longer version follows.

What we collect

• What you submit: name, phone number, town, and a description of

the work, sent through the form

• Call information: if phone service is active, calls may be

recorded for quality and record-keeping, and you'll be told when they are

• Technical logs: standard web hosting logs (pages requested,

browser, IP address) used for security and basic traffic understanding

• Abuse-prevention records: form submissions log the sender's IP and

timestamp so repeat spam and fake requests can be rate-limited or blocked before they waste a contractor's time

What we use it for

• Matching your request with one independent plumber who covers your town
• Letting that plumber contact you about the job
• Running and improving the service

Who gets it

The independent plumber your request is matched with. That is the point of the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not hand it to anyone else for their marketing.

How long we keep it

Request records are kept while they're useful for operating the business, generally under two years, then deleted or anonymized. Technical logs rotate out sooner.

Your options

Ask us any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The contact form reaches the right place.
