Terms of Service

What we are

Yakima Valley Plumbing is a referral and matching service. We connect homeowners in the Yakima Valley with independent plumbing contractors. We are not a plumbing contractor. We do not perform, supervise, warranty, or guarantee any plumbing work.

The arrangement

When you send a request, we share it with one independent local plumber who may contact you. Any agreement for work (scope, price, schedule, warranty) is strictly between you and that contractor. We are not a party to it, and we are not responsible for the contractor's work, conduct, or pricing.

The plumbers we route to

We make reasonable efforts to work with legitimate, licensed local businesses, but inclusion in the referral network is not an endorsement or a guarantee. Verify any contractor's Washington registration at lni.wa.gov, check insurance, and ask for references before hiring, the same as you should with any contractor found anywhere.

Acceptable use

Send real requests for real plumbing work. Don't submit false or abusive requests, don't use the site to spam or solicit, and don't misrepresent yourself.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the work, omissions, or conduct of any contractor we refer, or for damages arising from use of the site.
